May 2022, at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR) in Cologne, Kayser Italia team (Alessandra Tortora, Fabrizio Carubia, Marco Passerai) will lead the integration activities of the BIOFILMS experiment that will be launched on board Space-X 25 in June 2022. This is the second flight mission for the BIOFILMS hardware that is developed to investigate for Biofilms formation inhibition by using antimicrobial active metals.
